14. The financial responsibility required by this act amounts, besides interest and costs, to the sum of thirty-five thousand dollars for all damages in the same accident, subject to a deduction of two hundred dollars from all damage to the property of others.
Notwithstanding any other legislative or contractual provision, damages resulting from bodily injury or death are, up to thirty thousand dollars, payable by priority over damages to property and the latter are, up to five thousand dollars, payable by priority over the former out of the amount of any insurance or other guarantee of indemnity.
