31. (Repealed).

31. The Secretary of the Legislature shall have a seal of office; and he shall affix it to the certified copies of all statutes intended for the Governor-General or Registrar of Québec, or required to be produced before the courts either within or without Canada, and in all other cases when he thinks proper.
