28. (Repealed).

28. The originals of the statutes of the Legislature and bills reserved for the signification of the pleasure of the Governor-General, shall remain in the custody of the Secretary General of the National Assembly, who shall be known and designated, when he acts as an officer of the Legislature, as the “Secretary of the Legislature”.
