Section 35
Disposition versions
35. From 8 October 1998, the institute and each institution currently operating one of the laboratories or organizations listed in subparagraphs 1 to 4 of the first paragraph of section 4 shall take the necessary steps to transfer operations to the institute.
The same applies to any laboratory referred to in subparagraph 5 of the first paragraph of section 4 upon its being placed by the Minister under the management of the institute.
