59. The Minister may cancel a decision in the cases prescribed by government regulation or if(1) the application relating to the decision contained false or misleading information or documents;
(2) the decision was made in error;
(3) the conditions required for making a favourable decision cease to exist; or
(4) the public interest so requires.
The Minister’s decision takes effect immediately.
