22.1. To attain its objects, the Company shall estimate, in particular, the needs of Québec in energy and the means of meeting them within the scope of the energy policies that the Government may otherwise establish.
The Company must implement the programs and measures for which it is responsible under the climate change framework policy provided for by the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2).

The Company must implement the programs and measures for which it is responsible under the energy transition, innovation and efficiency master plan prepared under the Act respecting the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune (chapter M-25.2).
