Section 14.1
Disposition versions
14.1. A request for purchase by agreement made under section 9, a request for transfer made under section 10.1 or 10.2 and a request for redemption made under section 11 must be filed with the Fund in the form prescribed by the Fund and accompanied by the information and documents prescribed by the Fund.
14.1. A request for purchase by agreement made under section 9 and a request for redemption made under section 11 must be filed with the Fund in the form prescribed by the Fund and accompanied by the information and documents prescribed by a resolution adopted by the board of directors of the Fund.
