113. The president may, in the interests of the sound administration of justice, determine that a matter must be heard and decided by preference or as a matter of priority.

113. The Minister shall table the activity report and the financial statements of the Tribunal before the National Assembly within 30 days of their receipt or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.
The Auditor General’s report must accompany the activity report and the financial statements of the Tribunal.
