217. The changes made as a result of the revision process are incorporated into the list of electors by the person designated by the returning officer.

217. The board of revisors shall transmit its decisions to the returning officer in accordance with the directives of the Chief Electoral Officer.
The provisions of sections 40.34 to 40.36, adapted as required, shall then be applied.

217. Where the board of revisors, after inquiry, comes to the conclusion that a person whose name is entered on the list of electors is not entitled to be registered thereon, it shall strike that person’s name from the list after causing notice to be served on him as in section 215.
