245. Every reserve in respect of which the establishment procedure has begun, in accordance with section 79 of the Expropriation Act (chapter E-24), before 29 December 2023 remains valid and governed by the former Act and entails the application of the former Act for everything related to the reserve, in particular its renewal, the transfer of its benefit, its contestation, its expiry, and the rules of evidence and procedure governing compensation to the holder of a right in the immovable to which it applies, but not for the expropriation procedure that may follow that reserve.

245.
