42. (Repealed).

42. As soon as possible after assuming the provisional administration of an adapted enterprise, the Office shall make a report to the Minister of its findings, accompanied with its recommendations.
The Office must, before submitting such report to the Minister, give the adapted enterprise the opportunity to present observations.
