118.12. Section 115 is modified by replacing the first paragraph by the following paragraph:
“115. As soon as practicable after the adoption of a by-law under section 22, 27, 37, 38, 39, 41, 47, 55, 56, 69, 99.1.1, 99.2, 118.3 or 118.4, or a resolution under section 99.1, an authenticated copy of the document is sent to the Commission municipale du Québec.”
