The term of an elected member of an English-language school service centre’s board of directors who, after being elected, ceases to meet the eligibility requirements set forth in section 20 or 20.1, as applicable, or who is disqualified or became disqualified during his term of office ends on the date on which the judgment declaring him ineligible or disqualified becomes res judicata.
Any elector of the English-language school service centre may bring an action to have a person who is running for, holds or has held a seat on the school service centre’s board of directors declared ineligible or disqualified.
The Attorney General and the English-language school service centre may bring the action.
