7. As payment of the price for the shares allotted under section 4, the Minister of Finance shall pay to Sidbec, out of the consolidated revenue fund, the following sums: $27 000 000 each year during the three fiscal years of the Government ending on 31 March 1977 to 1979 and $26 000 000 during the Government’s fiscal year ending on 31 March 1980. Each instalment shall be applied to the payment in full of a proportional number of shares.
