447. The Government may, by order, provide that an insurance product that may not be offered by a distributor may be offered by any person holding a restricted certificate issued by the Authority for that purpose.
A copy of the order shall be forwarded to the Authority to allow it to adopt the regulation that will govern the distribution of the product.
