425. An authorized deposit institution, a bank, an authorized foreign bank or an authorized trust company may distribute travel insurance products. In such a case, it is deemed to act as a distributor.
An employee of an insurer may also distribute travel insurance products. In such a case, the employee is deemed to act as a distributor.
