373. A member of the discipline committee who is in a situation of conflict of interest must, on pain of forfeiture of office, disclose the situation to the president; that member may not hear a complaint.
Articles 838 to 840 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C‐25), adapted as required, apply to a motion for termination of a term of office. The judgment of the court is executory and final and may not be appealed.
