17. The Government may exclude, by regulation, from the right to harvest, any wildlife requiring complete protection to ensure the continued existence of such species of a population thereof.
Unless otherwise provided, every mention of the word “wildlife” in this Act means any species of fish or any species of wild mammals or birds.
