411. The award of the right of use or ownership is effected, failing agreement between the parties, on the conditions determined by the court and, in particular, on condition of payment of any equalizing sum, all at once or by instalments.
When the equalizing sum is payable by instalments, the court fixes the terms and conditions of guarantee and payment.
