76. The Public Curator may, according to law, enter into an agreement with a government other than the Gouvernement du Québec or with a department or body of that government, for the administration of this Act or a similar Act under the administration of that government, department or body.

76. The Public Curator and the Minister of Revenue may, according to law, enter into an agreement with a government other than the Gouvernement du Québec or with a department or body of that government, for the administration of this Act or a similar Act, or an Act relating wholly or partly to the provisional administration of property under the administration of that government, department or body.
The object of the agreements entered into by the Minister of Revenue may, in particular, concern the delegation to the Minister of the administration of property that has not been claimed by its owner or other interested parties who are domiciled or are deemed to be domiciled in Québec pursuant to this Act.
