Disposition versions
92. The report must indicate
(1) the identity of the deceased person, or indications that may lead to it;
(2) the date and place of death;
(3) the probable causes of death;
(4) a description of the circumstances of death;
(5) any recommendation directed towards better protection of human life, where applicable.
