275. The agricultural cooperatives governed by the Act respecting cooperative agricultural associations (chapter S‐24) are deemed to have chosen to be governed by Division I of Chapter I of Title II.

275. The agricultural cooperatives governed by the Act respecting cooperative agricultural associations (chapter S-24) are deemed to have chosen to be governed by Chapter I of Title II.
Any contract made by a member of an agricultural cooperative before 21 December 1983 to become a member of the agricultural cooperative is renewed at its expiry for a period of five years, except where otherwise stipulated.
