134. Within 30 days after the annual meeting, the board of directors shall send a copy of the annual report to the Minister, and, where that is the case, to the federation of which the cooperative is a member.

134. Within thirty days after the annual meeting, the board of directors shall send a copy of the annual report to the Minister, the Minister responsible for the Bureau de la statistique du Québec, and, where that is the case, to the federation of which the cooperative is a member.
