14. The price which may be fixed by the Superior Court or by the arbitrators for a lot or a land shall not exceed the amount which could produce in the future, at the rate of five per cent per annum, the same rent or the same annuity paid by the lessee or the holder of the immoveable at the time of the service of the petition.
