30. (Repealed).

30. A national committee wishing to incur regulated expenses during the referendum period must have an official agent.
Such official agent is appointed by the chairman of the national committee, who shall notify the chief electoral officer of the appointment. The chief electoral officer shall then give notice of it in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
