Where, following separation from bed and board, the value of the benefits accrued to the Member or former Member is included in whole or in part in the value of the benefits that may be partitioned, the partition of the family patrimony shall entail, for the spouse who obtained it, the extinction of any other benefit, advantage or reimbursement which the spouse may claim as spouse, unless the spouses resume living together.
