Disposition versions
123.136. Upon receipt of the articles of continuance, of the accompanying documents and of the fee set out in the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1), the enterprise registrar shall prepare a certificate attesting the continuance of the company in accordance with the procedure provided for in section 123.15.
123.136. Upon receipt of the articles of continuance, of the accompanying documents and of the fees prescribed by regulation of the Government, the enterprise registrar shall prepare a certificate attesting the continuance of the company in accordance with the procedure provided for in section 123.15.
123.136. Upon receipt of the articles of continuance, of the accompanying documents and of the fees prescribed by regulation of the Government, the Inspector General shall prepare a certificate attesting the continuance of the company in accordance with the procedure provided for in section 123.15.
