220. Immediately after the granting of the letters patent, the enterprise registrar shall deposit them in the register; and, subject to such deposit, but from the date of the letters patent, the persons therein named, and such persons as thereafter become members of the legal person, shall be a legal person, by the name mentioned in the letters patent.
