39. The quorum at meetings of the executive committee is seven members, including at least two representatives of Ville de Montréal and two representatives of the other municipalities.

39. The quorum at meetings of the executive committee is seven members, including at least two representatives of the city of Montréal and two representatives of the other municipalities.

39. The quorum at meetings of the executive committee shall be seven members, not less than two of whom shall be appointed by the municipalities other than the City of Montréal.
