Section 37
Disposition versions
37. The meetings of the executive committee are presided over by the chairman of such committee or by one of its vice-chairmen in the case referred to in section 36; where both vice-chairmen are absent or are unable or refuse to act, or if their offices are vacant and they are unable or unwilling to remain in office until their successors take office, the members present shall appoint one of their number to replace the vice-chairman temporarily.
37. The meetings of the executive committee are presided over by the chairman of such committee or by one of its vice-chairmen in the case referred to in section 36; where both vice-chairmen are absent or incapacitated or refuse to act, or if their offices are vacant and they are unable or unwilling to remain in office until their successors take office, the members present shall appoint one of their number to replace the vice-chairman temporarily.
37. The meetings of the executive committee shall be presided over by the chairman of such committee; in the case of absence or inability to act of the chairman or of a vacancy in his office, they shall be presided over by the vice-chairman; in the case of absence or inability to act of both, or of a vacancy in the office of both, the members present shall appoint one of their number to replace the vice-chairman temporarily.
