328. From 1 January 1975, the executive committee may make and submit to the Council, for approval by by-law, a plan establishing total integration with the Community of the Electrical Commission of the City of Montréal.
Sections 321 to 325 and 327 apply to such by-law.
Such plan shall also provide, to such extent as is necessary, for the extension of the jurisdiction of the said Commission over the whole of the territory of the Community and for the change of the name of such Commission.
By the sole effect of the coming into force of such by-law, the competence of the City of Montréal and the rights, obligations, powers and duties of such City, its council and its executive committee under the charter of the City of Montréal relating to such Commission and the underground conduits which are under its jurisdiction shall be respectively transferred to the Community, to its Council and to its executive committee.
