326. No tax imposed or levied under an act of Québec is payable by the Community, a municipality or the Commission de transport de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal as a consequence of the transfer of property to the Community under this act or a plan to establish total or partial integration of the departments of the municipalities, or as a result of that plan.
