12. The members of the executive committee shall take office after making the oath in accordance with the following form:

12. The nomination of candidates shall cease one hour after it has been declared open by the secretary during the meeting unless all delegates of the sector for which the meeting is being held are present and unanimously decide to end the nominations sooner.
