11. The vice-chairmen of the executive committee are appointed by the Council from among the members contemplated in section 10. One shall be chosen from among the representatives of Ville de Montréal and the other from among the représentatives of the other municipalities.

11. The vice-chairmen of the executive committee are appointed by the Council from among the members contemplated in section 10. One shall be chosen from among the representatives of the city of Montréal and the other from among the représentatives of the other municipalities.

11. A delegate may, by a written notice delivered to the secretary, nominate any eligible person as a candidate for the office of member of the executive committee.
The notice must state the surname, given names and qualifications of the candidate and be signed by the delegate making the nomination.
