In addition to the case provided for in section 151, the facsimile of the signature of the director general, secretary, treasurer or head of the valuation department of the Community on a document he is authorized to sign has the same effect as the signature itself, if the use of the facsimile is authorized by the Council.
The first paragraph does not apply in respect of the original of a by-law or resolution adopted by the Council.
In addition to the case provided for in section 194.1, the first two paragraphs of this section apply, adapted as required, to a facsimile of the signature of the chairman of the board of directors, of the general manager, of the secretary or of the treasurer of the transit corporation.
