C-35 - Act respecting the Commission municipale

19. The president may designate, generally or specifically, from among the persons working within the Commission, those who are to be responsible for the application of sections 17.1 and 17.2 of the Act to facilitate the disclosure of wrongdoings relating to public bodies (chapter D-11.1) and sections 20 to 22, 32 and 36.3 to 36.7 of the Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act (chapter E-15.1.0.1).

19. 19. Whenever the Commission, acting within its jurisdiction, appoints or directs any person other than a member of its regular staff to perform any service authorized by this act, such person shall be paid therefor such sum for services and expenses as the Government may, upon the recommendation of the Commission, determine.
