Section 90 Disposition versions

90. The award of the arbitrator must be rendered within 60 days after the end of the last arbitration sitting.

If the arbitrator is unable to act, the Minister may, at the request of the arbitrator or of a party, grant an extension of a specific number of days to the arbitrator.

If the Minister considers that the circumstances and the interest of the parties so warrant, the Minister may also, at the request of the arbitrator, grant the latter an extension of not more than 30 days which may, on the same conditions, be extended.

90. The award of the arbitrator must be rendered within 60 days of his appointment unless, at his request, the Minister, if he deems it in the interest of justice and the parties, grants an additional period not exceeding 30 days which may again be prolonged by the Minister on the same conditions.

The award of the arbitrator must be rendered within sixty days of his appointment unless, at his request, the Minister, if he deems it in the interest of justice and the parties, grants an additional delay not exceeding thirty days which may again be prolonged by the Minister on the same conditions.

The award of the council shall be rendered within sixty days after the president has been appointed unless, at the president’s request, the Minister, if he deems it in the interest of justice and the parties, grants an additional delay not exceeding thirty days which may again be prolonged by the Minister on the same conditions.
