115.2.1. Matters arising from the enforcement of the provisions regarding essential services contained in Chapter V.1 of this Code, the Act respecting the Agence du revenu du Québec (chapter A-7.003) or the Act respecting the representation of family-type resources and certain intermediate resources and the negotiation process for their group agreements (chapter R-24.0.2) shall be decided by the essential services division.
