347. In the interval between nomination and polling, the presiding officer procures all necessary ballot boxes and causes a sufficient number of ballots to be printed.
Notwithstanding this article and article 350, the Minister of Municipal Affairs, on such evidence as he may deem sufficient of the inability of a municipality to provide itself with the ballot papers prescribed by article 350, may authorize such municipality to use typewritten ballot papers.
