82. The members of the board of directors shall hold the number of meetings required to carry out the functions and exercise all the rights, powers and prerogatives that this Code or an Act constituting an order confers on the board of directors. However, they must meet at least six times a year.

82. The members of the board of directors shall hold the number of meetings required to carry out the functions and exercise all the rights, powers and prerogatives that section 62 confers on the board of directors. However, they must meet at least three times a year.

82. The members of the Bureau shall meet at least once every four months and not less than four times a year.
