820. A wife party to a suit in separation from bed and board or in nullity of marriage may obtain from the judge or the prothonotary authorization to withdraw pending the suit to a place which she indicates, and to take with her her personal effects; if the circumstances so justify, the judge, but not the prothonotary, may even permit her to remain in the common domicile and order the husband to reside elsewhere.
