Section 654 Disposition versions

654. A debtor must produce a new declaration every time

(a)  he changes the address of his residence or of his domicile;

(b)  he changes his employment;

(c)  his conditions of employment are altered;

(d)  he ceases to work;

(e)  he resumes work;

(f)  a change occurs in his family responsibilities.

In every case, the declaration must be produced within 10 days following the change.

654. A debtor who changes the address of his residence, who changes his employment or whose conditions of employment are altered must, within five days, file a new declaration, as must the debtor who ceases to work or who, after ceasing to work, resumes work.
