Any interested party may file in the office of the court a contestation of the claim of a creditor after having served a copy upon the claimant and the debtor, and such contestation does not suspend the distribution of the moneys deposited, except as to the creditor whose claim is contested; the amounts payable to such creditor must be retained by the clerk until decision thereon.
