84. (Repealed).

84. The Société must refuse to issue a licence to a person in whose respect it has received a notice under article 364 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1).
The refusal to issue a licence shall be maintained until notice is received by the Société under article 365 of the said Code.

The refusal to issue a licence shall be maintained until notice is received by the Société under section 63.21 of the said Act.
