318. Every person who contravenes the third paragraph of section 292.1 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $600 to $6,000.

318. Every person who contravenes the second paragraph of section 291 or the third paragraph of section 292.1 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $600 to $6 000.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, in a case contemplated in section 292 every person who contravenes the second paragraph of section 291 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $100 to $200.
