531. (Repealed).
531. Demerit points attributable to an offence committed before 1 June 1982 in insufficient number to entail the suspension of a permit or licence under a regulation made pursuant to the Highway Victims Indemnity Act (chapter I-5) become on 1 June 1982 demerit points within the meaning of this Code.
