98. In no case may the holder of a theatre licence or outdoor theatre licence exhibit to the public films that have not been furnished by a holder of a distributor’s licence.

98. No holder of a licence to operate a moving picture theatre as defined by regulation of the Government or an outdoor theatre may exhibit a film to the public unless it has been furnished to him by a holder of a distributor’s licence.
