137. Sections 11, 13, 16, 17 and 19 of this Charter do not apply to pension plans, retirement plans, life insurance plans or any other plan or scheme of social benefits unless the discrimination is founded on race, colour, religion, political convictions, language, ethnic or national origin or social condition.
