100. The provisions of the Regulation respecting the application of the Public Curator Act (chapter C-81. r. 1), to the extent that they relate to the provisional administration of property, entrusted to the Minister of Revenue under the Public Curator Act (chapter C-81), as it read on 12 June 2011, continue to apply, with the necessary modifications and unless they are inconsistent with a provision of this Act, until they are replaced or repealed by a regulation made under this Act.
