Disposition versions
16. Sections 95, 95.0.1 and 95.2 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and the Regulations Act (chapter R-18.1) do not apply to a by-law adopted by the board of directors necessary to implement a pilot project referred to in paragraph p of subsection 1 of section 15. A description of the pilot project and the by-law are made public on the Bar’s website.
Section 95.2 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) applies to any by-law adopted by the board of directors under paragraphs c, d and h of subsection 2 of section 15 and under subsection 3 of that section.
16. Section 95.2 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) applies to any by-law adopted by the board of directors under paragraphs c, d and h of subsection 2 of section 15 and under subsection 3 of that section.
16. Section 95.2 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) applies to any by-law adopted by the General Council under paragraphs c, d and h of subsection 2 of section 15 and under subsection 3 of that section.
16. Section 95.1 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) applies to any by-law adopted by the General Council under paragraphs c, d and h of subsection 2 of section 15 and under subsection 3 of that section.
16. Every regulation passed by the General Council under this act shall come into force in accordance with section 95 of the Professional Code.
